Jamie says: Sometimes I add so many veggies to my sandwich that when I go to take a bite, they fall out in all directions. So, I embraced the inevitable, and made a salad with bread on top. My salandwich (salad/sandwich) consisted of arugala, sliced turkey breast, roasted red pepper, guacamole, shredded carrots, fennel, blackberries, raspberries, and multigrain baton bread from the Publix bakery. I drizzled lemon juice on top as a light dressing.
