We know it’s rare, but we’re sisters who love to spend time together – in the kitchen and beyond. We share a home, a kitchen, and a love for cooking.
Jamie Stolarz, 25, is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (MS, RD, LDN). She is the Program Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs pilot program “Vet HEALTH: Healthy Eating And Lifestyle Tips for Heroes.” Jamie graduated from the University of Florida’s Master of Science – Dietetic Internship Program in August 2011. She is also creating cooking demonstrations for a new course at the University of Florida. Jamie is a triathlete and loves to swim and stay active.
Kathryn Stolarz, 22, is the Copy Editor of The Seminole Tribune. She graduated from UF with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and minors in Business and Leadership in April 2011. She’s gotten a taste of book publishing, magazines, newspapers, radio and TV news. To stay active, she enjoys yoga and Zumba, and she recently taught group fitness classes at UF.
So what do you get when you put a Journalist and Dietitian in the kitchen? Delicious meals and a blog about them.
Our cooking style is mainly Mediterranean cuisine (especially Italian) with the occasional twist. We love dreaming up quick, healthy meals together.
Join us in the kitchen!
Love, Jamie and Kathryn

What an honor to not just look at such an impressive site with photos that rival food magazines, but also know my children were able to compose it and honor their parents 25th anniversary on the first issue!
Thank you my babies,
With all my love and pride,
Dad
You two never cease to amaze me! I am as always so proud of you. I love this blog and it makes so much sense that you are doing it and combining your talents. I love the layout and your choice of colors. Your food presentation and photographs are so appealing that I am going to get off of the computer and head into the kitchen and cook something delicious tastey and beautiful and think of you. Rachel Ray watch out. I think I see the next big hit in cooking shows!

Hey Jamie,
So I was at what that dietitian classified as a 2 or a 3 today after finally getting home from Naples. With hunger setting in, I decided to look for some food to make. You said that you and your sister had a blog, but I didn’t expect something of this magnitude. I drooled at every picture. You both really have something going here. Keep up the good work.
Hey Jamie,
I followed your suggestion, and wow! I had no idea this was an actually kitchen, I thought it was a metaphor for like the heart or something, but still that’s incredible. Those meals look delicious! I love cooking and this inspires me to cook more! Thank you, me and my sis should start this up, well if you don’t mind of course.
